Bem, já obtive resposta ao e-mail enviado que deixo aqui para o caso de alguém ter interesse.

We are glad to know that you are using some of our products.
Our products are never tested on animals. We do not use ingredients of animal origin, neither we practice tests of ingredients or finished products on animals.
In order to avoid the necessity of animal testing, when we proceed to study a new formulation, we begin by selecting raw materials that are well known, by years of experience, of their innocuity to humans. As in many cases it is necessary to include newer raw materials, we select those which have been tested only by "in vitro" methods.
When we consider finished the study, we usually make an effectivity evaluation test on a panel of 80-100 people, in order to know whether the product satisfyes most users. This test includes irritancy examinations.
Very rarely we proceed to "in vitro" tests, which are conducted by an specialized external laboratory, as we are not equipped to perform this kind of assays.
With the hope that you will continue with the use of our products, and that they will be able to maintain the degree of satisfaction that you expect from them, we remain at your disposal for any other information.
