Depois de fazeres isso, vai vendo o desenvolvimento da situação. Se o não comer se arrastar por muitos dias, talvez só indo ao vet é que resolves a situação.
Quanto ao acalmar o bicho, se não der resultado, não desanimes. É o feitio dela, e regra geral, todas as iguanas têm disso, umas mais, outras menos.

Eu que pensava "porcaria de porco tresanda". Heis que entrou o Johnny na minha vida e tudo isso mudou.
Eu gostaria de saber se existe aqui no forum da arca alguma care sheet sobre a iguana poque eu procorei mas nao encontrei nada. Se algum souber de alguma coisa agredecia a colocaçao do link.

Once they took my vitals and took away my bloody towel this is what they saw:
He took a dime sized gouge out of one cheek, split my eyelid and made a huge flap on my nose.
After looking me over the ER Docs at one hospital decided I needed a transfer to another hospital to see a plastic surgeon because no one in their ER was willing to work on my face.
This is Dr. Morimoto shooting me full of lidocaine (easily the most painful part of this whole experience)
Pumped full of pain killers, still being worked on:
And the end result:
Seven hours, 40 stitches and several thousand dollars later I still look like crud. I go in Friday to have my stitches out and then have a recheck in a couple months to discuss further reconstruction ans reducing the scars.
I think I may need to get insurance.
The culprit:
PLEASE PLEASE be careful with your iguanas. I don't know what I would have done if he had bitten someone else. I am still shocked that he bit me. I think I need to go sit by the iguana cage at Petco.
